S&P 500 Performance
The chart below shows the results of NF in a simulated performance of one S&P 500 mini contract from November 5, 1998 through April 1, 2008. The green line shows NF began with a value of $10,000 (the dollar value scale is on the left side of the chart) and rose to over $50,000 during the period of ten years. The black line shows the S&P 500 began with a value at about 1000 and ended during the period at about 1300 (the scale on the right side of the chart). This simulated performance was run without modification to NF's generic code.
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for impact. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made by NeuroFission that any account will, or is likely to, achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
